Picture -the perfect getaway. Our home is nestled in the foothills of Mount Coolum, 5 min drive to the Sunshine Coast airport. The home faces onto a small lake, where we see other guests- kangaroos, ducks, swans. Swim in a rarely used 20m community pool, play tennis, walk the beautiful 2klms of tree and garden lined internal streets
Night- Relax in your private TV room. Then sleep to utter silence and sound of waves and the birds that call the Lakes home.
Next morning- enjoy a good work out walking up Mount Coolum, walk/run/swim a quiet beach nearby, bike, fish, or play the Palmer golf course-all less than 1.5 klm away. Then back home for good breakfast
For longer stays, we are positioned in the center of the Sunshine Coast and its many beautiful attractions.

We generally cater for periods of 2-8 days and for couples however, your private TV room has a double sofa bed couch so we can take up to 4 people comfortably!
We are an outgoing international couple who have traveled the world, lived in many countries, and had many great adventures, which we love to share. We also enjoy the company of others and hear your stories if you wish to share. We have two great teenage children.
Our home is about 520m2, at the end of a small street in Australia’s most beautiful gated community (and best kept secret)! You enter the house through either the front door or covered garage. At the top of stairs, you will have your own quiet corner consisting of a large double room, an attached bathroom- both lockable, and your own TV/ theatre room (that also has a double sofa bed if needed for your friends. Outside are lovely large trees and the noise of wind and waves from the distant surf.
No cars, no bright lights- just look forward to the best sleep you ever had!
Breakfast times are relatively flexible. Getting up depends on what you enjoy most.
For those with energy- yes it all here. See the sunrise from Mount Coolum (we haven’t done but have walked to the top), fishing, swimming, biking, or just wondering around the Lakes- with 3klm of roads, lakes, see our other animal guests, and gardens. We also recently discovered some beautiful national parks with spectacular waterfalls.
For those who are lazy- it is ok to sleep in. Our kids do!
But yes a full breakfast will await you!
